Meetup for Moms Discussion Group
Uplift hosts a discussion group on the third Saturday of each month for moms with kids of all ages. This is a casual get-together where moms can share experiences and ask questions in a safe environment. Childcare and a light meal are always provided.

Postpartum Doula Services
Mothers with babies up to three months old can enroll in our post-partum doula program. This program is designed to provide one-on-one support for mothers, newborn care assistance and education, as well as aid with household care and organization during the post-partum period.
